As a service club, Eganville Rotarians participate as volunteers at bingo events (usually on a Friday afternoon every other week) When the community plays at our charitable bingo, a portion of the proceeds support our service club as well as other area charities and non-profits.  Currently there are 57 community organizations raising funds at Delta Bingo Pembroke to provide funding  for such things as hospitals and provincial health organizations, seniors groups, youth sports organizations, service clubs, legions, educational groups, special needs services, services for children and families, cultural and religious organizations.
Permits to participate in these events are granted by the municipal authority of Laurentian Valley Township as per the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation's (OLG) policies and procedures

Through our  participation we are able to help with projects that add to our healthy and vibrate community.  Recently, donations totaling $12,500 were made to two local schools to replace aging play structures for their primary students.  Educators agree that healthy play activity  provides a better learning environment for young minds.
